Square Egg (From a Round Hole)

One of my favorite things about thrift store shopping is finding things I never knew I needed previously. Like this square egg maker. Where has this thing been all my life? Apparently in someone’s cabinet in its original box. Luckily it WAS in its box, or I would have had no idea what it was. Imagine the fun breakfast possibilities that can now exist. Egg block stacking! Tiny square egg sandwiches with no superfluous bread! I love it.

Yes, I did pay $2 for a weird kitchen gadget.

Kind of looks like a prescription bottle.

Put a hard boiled egg into the round part on top…

…then squish it into a cube.

Square egg success!

Yum!
